Physical Endurance

When the body/mind is it’s most vital, a person has stamina, resilience and endurance. This is always my goal as an ND—to help my patients reach their most vital state. To that end, we consider food, drink, exercise, sleep, stress management and proper supplementation as foundations for health.

There are several contributing factors when a person is not his/her most vital including hormonal imbalance, environmental toxicity, stress, dietary imbalances, digestive dysfunction, heart and lung dysfunction. I take the time to figure out what the roadblocks are and come up with a plan to help a person become their most vital self.
